She spent over 12 years at Microsoft focused on implementing change initiatives and project management capabilities for different organizations within the company. Prior to Microsoft, she spent 15 years driving the definition, documentation, and improvement of tool engineering processes at The Boeing Company, as well as advertising and marketing processes and documentation at Eddie Bauer Corporate.
