Heather Marks is a Transformational Change Leader at iTalent Digital and a Gallup-certified Strengths Coach. As a consultant, she provides both thought leadership and hands-on support to help clients plan, implement, and manage change. In her corporate career, she built strategic global communications teams for Fortune 500 companies in multple industries, leading internal communications and change for strategy updates, system implementations, mergers and acquisitions, culture shifts, and global rebrands. As a Strengths coach, she works with individuals and teams to understand, hone, and apply their strengths to achieve goals. She enjoys facilitating team meetings and leadership retreats where participants work on real world solutions. 

Whitney is a highly experienced professional driving process design and change implementation, including project management and change management capability for organizations. She spent over 12 years at Microsoft focused on implementing change initiatives and project management capabilities for different organizations within the company. Prior to Microsoft, she spent 15 years driving the definition, documentation, and improvement of tool engineering processes at The Boeing Company, as well as advertising and marketing processes and documentation at Eddie Bauer Corporate.

An early adopter of digital social and community engagement, Kelly Feller has two decades of experience helping companies of all sizes drive change and realize measurable results through internal and external digital social collaboration. For her proven track record of delivering needle-moving results, Kelly was recognized with a Gold Stevie® Award in the Employee of the Year category. She is a sought-after speaker and recognized thought leader on topics related to change management, marketing, social media and enterprise collaboration. Her career path has led her to implement change at leading companies such as Intel, Cisco, SAS, Citrix, and many others.
